TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT FOR YOUR CHARTER

A full up front payment is required if a booking is made within 7 days or less.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

Please note, a non-refundable booking deposit of R750 will be required to reserve a booking.

On receipt of a booking confirming, a significant amount of administrative work and preparation is required to check and schedule the availability of a boat, a skipper, a deck-hand, ensure we have the boat ready, sufficient tackle, rods, ice, bait, catering, fuel, staff, logistics and all other organization around a charter prepared. This costs both time and money which is why a cancellation policy exists & which is the norm in the adventure, hospitality & tourism industry.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel your booking, please note the following cancellation policies which apply.

  • 7 days or less – 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • 8 -14 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee will be charged
  • 15-30 days prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee will be charged

Kindly forward any cancellation notices to the hotel in writing.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER

If WE decide that the weather is not SAFE or conditions are not safe enough to fish, we try to reschedule you to another day. If there is not a suitable date, a refund less the non-refundable booking fee may apply subject to confirmation of the situation by us.
